ADRIATIC GOLF CLUB CERVIA
The idea of realizing a big golf course at the Adriatic seaside came up in 1984. The initiative was taken primarily by the municipality of Cervia, with the aim of devloping the existing tourist facilities of the place. Anyhow, many tourist operators who understood the importance of the proposal have contributed to the success of the project, involving themselves fully in the initiative. Thanks also to the positive response from the golf enthusiasts, it was possible, in 2004, to complete the course, designed in 1984, to become the 27 holes course of today. Today the Adriatic Golf Club can organize national and international first class contests and championships, with the participation of Italian and foreign professional golfers.
